HARRIS COUNTY DISTRICT COURT

NO. 2008-17235

TIMOTHY JOHNSON, PLAINTIFF VS. SESSIONS GROUP

FINAL JUDGEMENT AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION IN FAVOR OF THE DEFENDANT, SESSIONS GROUP

July 27th, 2008

Tim Johnson Houston Lawsuit filed in Harris County

In mid-March of 2008, Tim Johnson, without notice, quit his job at SessionsGroup, took client files and company property (confidential client and prospect information, computer applications, the entire Font Library and samples), and set up "Brandwave" in his apartment competing directly with SessionsGroup for their clients and potential clients. He prepared presentations which deceptively included SessionsGroup work samples as Brandwave work samples. In addition, he filed a lawsuit against the Company and Steven Sessions personally for an unreasonably large sum of money.

In its 26-year history, the SessionsGroup never before had an employee sue them for anything.

The Court's Decision regarding Tim Johnson's Lawsuit Claims

The company did not comment publicly on the lawsuit, relying on the court to determine the merits of his case.

The result of Johnson's lawsuit is that The Court threw out each and every claim Johnson made and, furthermore, ordered him to pay the SessionsGroup $55,000. The company believes the Court threw out the entire case because there was and is no basis for his claims.
