Alcohol affects your health. Follow these guidelines for healthy limits. Men: 4 drinks in a day or 14 drinks per week. Women: 3 drinks in a day or 7 drinks per week, If you are nursing or pregnant, don't drink at all. Teens: Zero, Alcohol is never safe for children or teens.
