Space around the Logo
Determining margins
Improper use
Our logo represents who we are and what we stand for.
We provide the funds to unlock the dream home of people nationwide. When
you use our logo you are communicating our image to the world. With this
consideration in mind, use it with discretion. If you have any doubts
or questions, contact the corporate office.
Never alter the logo artwork (redrawing, stretching, condensing, etc.)
or deviate from specifications described in this document. See specific
examples of improper use here.
Repeated, consistent use will establish it as an immediately recognized
symbol representing those qualities that comprise who we are and what
we mean to customers, vendors and employees. Consistent use is absolutely
critical to enhancing our efforts in the marketplace. Inconsistent use
will undermine the effort to create an immediately recognized symbol and
will hinder the efforts of each of us to build a preferred brand in the
marketplace.
The logo should be applied as a stand alone graphic whenever possible.
Do not combine it with any other logo or symbol.

As the cornerstone of our brand identity, our logo
must stand out in every application. This is achieved by giving it a little
elbow room which creates space around the logo as it appears with other
elements on a page, brochure, advertisment, sign, etc.
For our logo to communicate most effectively, a margin around the logo
consisting of a minimum amount of space is to be left clear of text, symbols,
logos and other extraneous graphic elements. And in no instance should
a line of text or part of a graphic overlay our logo.

The clear zone specifications are proportionate to
the logo and are derived from the two measurements shown below identified
as “A” and “B.

The minimum measurement is determined by the measurement “A”
as the top, right and bottom margins. The left side margin is determined
by the “B” measurement.
Note that the following specifications identify the minimum amount of
clear space around the logo.
It is desirable to allow more than this minimum.
