The Enron/Andersen collapse had a significant negative impact on the CPA profession.
At that critical moment, the Houston CPA Society retained us to enhance and maintain the public perception and media’s perception of the value, meaning and purpose of the profession.
We gave them a strategy built around the "simple" but powerful theme, “We Count.”
It included advertising shown below and an aggressive media and public relations campaign emphasizing the many positives of the CPA-profession including their commitment to volunteerism in the Houston Metro community. We also created a weekly hour long radio program called, “What Counts,” to support the campaign.
